I took a real estate law course in university to get a feel for the industry at it did peek my interest. especially that my parents like many professionals where i live have no respect for realtors lol. My exs father was a real estate developer and we got along great, he kept asking me to do my license so i could work with his older daughter but i still didnt want to do a "sales job". I never wanted to be a realtor in all honesty, i was an engineering student that had come to a point where i hated the field i was studying in i was pressured by my parents to get into engineering to start with.
